Can I look for a room even before I get a visa?

Yes, it is possible. Most real estate agencies in Japan will not accept contracts without a visa. We can introduce you to rental properties where you can sign a contract even if you do not have one, although of course it is a prerequisite that you obtain it (including tourists, student or work visas).

Is it possible to find a room for rent in Japan from overseas?

Yes, it is possible. If we get permission from the local owner, we can take a video of the interior and show it to you.

Is it possible to rent a room without knowing anyone in Japan?

If you are able to use a guarantee company for foreign tenants, it is possible even if you do not know anyone. Depending on the property, we may also be able to accept a regular guarantee company.

Can you help me find a room even if I don’t speak Japanese?

Yes, you can. We have staff who can communicate smoothly in English. For other language requirements, please contact us in advance.

 I own a rental property, but the property management company that I am currently asking to manage the property is having difficulty allowing foreigners to move in. I would like to do something about it because the room is vacant for a long time and I would like foreigners to move in. Is it possible for you to help us?

Is it possible for a foreigner in Japan to purchase Japanese real estate with a mortgage?

 If you have a permanent resident visa in Japan or a spouse who is a Japanese citizen, we can consult with you. Depending on your nationality, we may also be able to consult with you if you speak Japanese.

I would like to sell my property to a foreigner at a higher price, can I consult with you?

 If the client is a foreigner, It does not necessarily mean that the property will sell at a higher price. Conditions will vary depending on whether the property meets the needs of the foreigner and the way information is distributed. However, depending on the exchange rate situation, even an amount higher than the market price may seem cheap to a foreigner, so please consult with us.

I have a property that is mortgaged to an overseas financial institution. We would like to sell the property, but is it possible to remove the mortgage when the property is sold?
