Can I look for a room even before I get a visa?
Yes, it is possible. Most real estate agencies in Japan will not accept contracts without a visa. We can introduce you to rental properties where you can sign a contract even if you do not have one, although of course it is a prerequisite that you obtain it (including tourists, student or work visas).
Is it possible to find a room for rent in Japan from overseas?
Yes, it is possible. If we get permission from the local owner, we can take a video of the interior and show it to you.
Is it possible to rent a room without knowing anyone in Japan?
If you are able to use a guarantee company for foreign tenants, it is possible even if you do not know anyone. Depending on the property, we may also be able to accept a regular guarantee company.
